Our company has added HAAM-313B to our lineup. This new type consumes current as low as 0.7mA, compared to conventional 2.0mA, yet maintained low profile package. Sample is available now and production will be starting in July, 2005. Moreover, by adding standby mode (standby current 1uA), this new type will contribute to power saving design in customer's application. Operating temperature range is further expanded to -25 to 75 degrees C (conventional: 0 to 70 degrees C), which can serve even broader fields of applications. |
