Our company has commercialized digital output type 3-axis acceleration sensor, HAAM-372. Its package size is world-smallest class, 3.0mmx3.0mmx1.0mm Max, which is same as analog output type. Since this sensor has interrupt function, detection of drop or shock is possible. At the same time, there is a click mode which detects pulse-like variation of acceleration generated within preset time and generates interrupt signal. Usage like exercise monitor or as input detection is possible. Other feature is low voltage drive (2.4V Min.) and power-saving design by low power consumption 0.2mA Typ (normal measure mode). This suits to versatile needs such as cell phone, PDA, MP3 player, etc. |
