Basic Quality Assurance Policy
- We develop new technologies capable of meeting advanced and diverse societal demands from an international perspective, and implement quality design backed by accumulated expertise.
- We establish a responsibility system for each product from development through sales, ensuring Quality Assurance that meets market performance requirements.

Key Initiatives
Product Certification System
We accurately grasp customer needs and conduct repeated design reviews at each stage from conceptual design to mass production, building a system that produces safe, environmentally compatible, high-quality new products.
Quality Compliance
To meet customer expectations for quality, we maintain standard documents and ensure their proper implementation. Supervisors and the Quality Assurance Department regularly patrol production sites to verify compliance.
We also conduct compliance training as needed to ensure its integration.
Furthermore, we utilize an internal communication platform / internal network to operate an internal consultation system (named Themis Web) that does not identify individuals, establishing a framework to broadly address employee inquiries regarding quality.
Customer Evaluation
We regularly obtain customer scorecards to confirm customer evaluations of our group. By disseminating these evaluations internally, we engage in improvement activities aimed at achieving higher customer satisfaction.
